FAQ

What is SGPT? 

Small Group Personal Training is a great way to reach your fitness goals without having to do it alone! In groups of up to 6 you’ll have a set focus for the session, working both individually and as a team to reach goals and smash the workout! 

What do I get with the trial?

Within your trial you’ll get initial evaluation and goal setting, 1-1 nutrition evaluation including body composition scan, dedicated coach, 12 Small Group Personal Training sessions, Unlimited  Large Group sessions, unlimited gym access, use of Myzone belt for tracking Heart Rate during you sessions.  

How many sessions can I attend? 

We recommend attending 3 SGPT sessions per week, this way you’ll get a real feel for the routine, as well as seeing results at the end of your 30 days if you stay committed. If you have time, we also recommend that you attend a variety of our Team Training session to rally make the most of your 30 days.

What if SGPT isn't for me? 

That’s okay, there’s not a one size fits all solution to your fitness journey. We have several large group training sessions as well as Private 1-1 sessions available that you can try out in your trial too.

How much does it cost? 

Your 30-day trial is only £99! You pay upfront and can get booked onto sessions straight away

What happens after the trial? 

Well, hopefully you want to stay with us! (don’t worry, there’s no commitment with your 30-day trial) If you chose to stay, we can talk you through our membership options to ensure you pick one that’s best suited to you. You can see them here.

Sessions run every hour on the hour so there should always be a time available for you to train.
